Notes on some of the advanced questions:

Question "What ADDRESS Would You Like for Your Practice Blog?":

• The ADDRESS will replace BLANK in http://BLANK.cuipblogs.org
• The ADDRESS cannot readily be changed later.
• The ADDRESS must be a single word, without blank spaces. In general it should contain only letters, numbers, and the dash or hyphen sign: no spaces, periods, or other punctuation or symbols.
• Example ADDRESS: "mrkubey" . (His full URL is then http://mrkubey.cuipblogs.org .)

Question "What Title Would Your for Your Practice Blog?":

• The TITLE will generally appear in the top area of your blog pages.
• The TITLE can quite readily be revised at any time.
• The TITLE can be free form text, with normal word separations and punctuation.
• Examp0le TITLE: "Ms. Smith's Practice Blog"
